Oil and Gas

The coatings are applied in tubular equipment and accessories for the protection against corrosion associated to the presence of water, H2S, CO2 , chemical substances, microorganisms and solids in suspension. They minimize adherence and incrustations, protecting against mild abrasions. Parts that can be coated :

  injection lines, drill pipes, risers;
  spools, separators, flotators, tanks;
  pumps, valves, filters, pipping, pumping rods;
  equipment and accessories exposed to the corrosive atmosphere in platforms and ships;
  pipping for transporting oil and produced water (line pipes) etc.


Ethanol and Biodiesel


Coatings are applied in plants and ethanol and biodiesel distilleries, among other agro-industrial segments, highlighting areas monitored and regulated by CETESB and environmental organs.
It is possible to coat:

  Water mains;
  Crossing for vinasse transportation;
  Agro-industrial ETEs (Effluent Treatment Plant) and effluents;
  Valves and manifolds;
  Pumping house;
  Pipping to transport secondary extract;
  Fertirrigation equipment etc.


Mining

Coatings are ideal for the protection against corrosion and abrasion generated by pulp ore and tailing. They can be applied to:

  Equipment for ore transportation;
  Pumps, valves and fittings.


Civil Construction

Coatings assure protection against bad weather in several environments, including sea environments, protection of concrete frames, panels and structural profiles and lines for fire fighting.

Industry


Coatings are applied for the protection against chemical and electrochemical corrosion, generally caused by aggressive environments and industrial processes. It is possible to coat:

  Pipping and fittings;
  Pumps, valves and filters;
  Transport, storage and production equipment.


Sanitation


Coatings provide protection against corrosion caused by domestic and industrial effluents, with high rate of chlorides, sulfides, and nitrates. They are applied to:

  Water and Sewer Stations (WTP and ETP), water mains and crossing;
  Process equipment, such as: scrapers, aerators, decanters, flocculator, filters, press, mixers, agitators, pumping, control, etc;
  Equipment for reverse osmosis, filters press, demineralizers, ion exchange (anionic and cationic), ultra-filtration etc;
  Pipping and fittings for adduction, pumping, extension and potable water transportation, reuse water, raw water, domestic effluents, industrial effluents and special effluents (industrial leachate).
